- 2016: Pastor Chase transitions out of middle school ministry at Daybreak and begins seeking God for the vision of Anthem. Daybreak prepares to plant Anthem.
- 2017: After a March 5 date got postponed due to Lauren's cancer diagnosis, Anthem held it's first service on August 13
- 2018: Anthem Church held it's Grand Opening at Rancho Buena Vista High School in January
